Ordering from Pasadena Mercantile/Pasadenaville can be done via our website, Etsy, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or over the phone (310.896.8124). Pasadena Mercantile will send you a confirmation/invoice email within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, or next business day. The collection is made to order and will be completed within the lead time listed on your invoice. Please write with any questions to email@example.com.
Pasadena Mercantile delivers using various shippers including white glove services, freight, UPS and FedEx, depending on the size and special requirements of the item. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control. Every Pasadena Mercantile product is quality-checked before leaving our studio in its intended condition but it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect each item upon delivery. All of our products are carefully prepped and packaged so that they arrived in the most ideal condition.
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so by phone at 310.896.8124 within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. This includes both in-stock items and custom orders. You may write to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as well but we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled in time. All delivery charges are non-refundable. All of Pasadena Mercantile and Pasadenaville items are handmade and are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns of any kind - no exceptions.
